How it all began
“Hi, my name is Judy Haug. We have called Alpine, Utah home for 25 yrs. Years ago we discovered the Siberian Cat breed probably for the same reason you're interested, too. Our family loved cats, but unfortunately had allergies. It was a dream come true that we could have a cat at all, let alone such a unique and beautiful cat. Years later I'm still in awe that we get to wake up to these loving and loyal companions every day. My goal is to breed quality kittens with the hallmark physical traits of the purebred Siberian and to provide you with your own miracle Siberian. Hearing from families about how much they love and adore their Siberian and how much joy their kitten brings to everyone in their home is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.”
I’m also especially excited about the Family Breeding Collaborative I’m building with local families who raise breeding-quality females from my program. These cats live as cherished family pets in their owners’ homes, and when they are mature, they are paired with our sires. Each family, with one or two mother cats in their home, lovingly raises the kittens until they are ready to be adopted. This allows the mama cats to live full, happy lives as beloved pets while still being part of a ethical carefully managed breeding program.
